The High Reach 200 features one hole opening tops with hydraulic controlled pouring lids. This means no more getting on top of the trailers to open a hatch cover to load, or climbing on top of the trailer in the field to open the pouring lid to unload. Not only does this new feature reduce your liability and save labor but it increases hopper rife because pouring ids gently glide open and shut reducing stress and hopper damage. Increasing the door size and eliminating the hatch cover opening prevents any chance of fertilizer spillage that was the result of operator error on the older side dump models. Galyean's new innovative design of the High Reach 200 makes all other side dump models obsolete.
High Reach 210: Galyean High Reach Trailers are designed for maximum dumping height, which enables these, unites to service the largest spreaders on the market today. In addition, the High Reach weather rims are pouring lids are longer for faster center fill. Lids pour from 12" to 10" 4", featuring 210 cu. ft. capacity hoppers with a total road height of 12" 6".
High Reach 220: These proven, dependable, long lasting haulers have surpassed our standard "R" and "O" models. High Volume Trailers feature 220 cu. ft. capacity hoppers with lids that pour at 11" to 9' 6", the total road height is 12" 3". Standard models feature 200 cu. ft. capacity hoppers, lids pour at 9" 2" to 8", and the total road height is 10" 11'.
Ash Hauler: For lighter loads Galyean offers an Ash Hauler Trailer with maximum cargo capacity. They can haul 280 cu. ft. per hopper, which amounts to 40+ total cubic yards of material. The Ash Hauler features a 40" frame length for maximum GVW, with the dame road and dumping height as the High Dump Trailer. Tops can be left open for easy loading.
Tender Trailer: Galyean's innovative tender trailer design greatly surpasses anything else in the field. Its many advantages include an 85-h.p. turbo-charged Cummings diesel engine that allows for flood feeding, stop and restart with fully loaded augers without killing the power and discharge at speeds of up to 4000 pounds per minute. The 270-degree articulating discharge auger rotates to any position, any height and stows for transit, eliminating damage and liability. Galyean's 36-foot frame design also allows for easy access to all augers and suspension. The tender's low-profile stainless steel hopers hold three to four more tons than other 30-foot trailers and the additional frame length allows to legally bridge the weight. Hydraulic vibrators replace hammer and shovel for easy hopper clean out.
